This is an alcoholic version of sweet tea. Made with a tropical green tea and my special honey limoncello recipe that uses honey syrup in place of simple syrup. This little cocktail is honestly way too sip-able, like a honey lemon iced green tea. Perfect for enjoying in the spring or summer sun. You can bottle the honey limoncello and green tea together in your fridge for easy access whenever you need it.

Ingredients:
Hard Honey-Lemon Green Tea:
1.5 cups of iced green tea
.5 cups of honey limoncello
Mint for garnish
Dried lemon wheel for garnish
Let's Assemble!

Essential Equipment
I use my Weck jars for everything, including veggies crisp, pickling, for my sourdough starter, and for keeping drinks.
My glasses are the tall kitchen tumblers from Williams Sonoma's open kitchen collection.
I got all of the ingredients for this recipe from my local Vons. The only ingredients that are not available everywhere are the tomatillos, so base your choice of store around them!
For the cocktail:
Make 12 oz of green tea. Let cool in the fridge.
Add ice to a tumbler or pint glass until almost full.
Pour 1.5 cups of iced green tea into the glass, or pour until about 3/4 full.
Pour .5 cups of honey limoncello into the tumbler, or pour until glass is full.
Garnish with a lemon wheel and some mint.
Enjoy!
